Prioritize preventative care over reactive maintenance.

Put the horse first.

Knowledge is the first step to correct equine management.

We all strive for the same goal; to have happy and healthy horses. There are many different versions of what this looks like and how to achieve it, but there are some universal truths I have found throughout my time in the equine industry.

Some of the topics I find most important are available below. Let me save you time, energy, and effort; benefit from my mistakes, countless hours of research, innumerable vet visits, and lessons learned from other industry experts.

I firmly believe the journey of learning is never finished, and am always striving to expand my knowledge. Recently I have:

  • Successfully completed an Equine Nutrition course from Rutgers University, May 2025.

  • Attended a Barefoot Trimming and Composite Shoe Gluing Clinic, April 2025.

  • Continuing education in trimming, hoof care, and gluing.
